I guess it all depends on the amenities and conveniences that are nearby. Could just be cos i would not like to personally live on a main road. I dont think these builders are dodgey or anything as they build other quality brick homes. I personally prefer to buy villas where you are getting in cheaper than a house but you also get some land value as opposed to multi level dwellings.</p>
