    PI international is a minefeild – find a good contact in the country you like and build a relationship, then make your move

    I work with a number of Aussies investing in NZ

    I recommend going to a workshop in NZ – find out who the players are and then deciding

    How long did you hold the property, was it in a trading trust , because you may be taxed at the Kiwi end

    Hi guys

    Finding cashflow positive in NZ is really a thing of the past – in the last 5 years they have all been snapped up – the key is to develop as this is just starting to become the "Hot Craze"
