i’ve heard good things about ozemail—it is one of the best ISPs in oz. some ISPs definitely suck—you get disconnected often; you can’t go any site all of a sudden etc…

anyway you should always be careful about small prints.

just a further question: wouldn’t a vendor get upset if you went back to him and said “sorry mate, i just couldn’t get the finance.”? This could be a serious problem for newbies like me, due to their lack of experience in terms of the chance of getting finance approved…any tips?

yes it’s not hard to “secure” one property, but is it a walk in the park to secure properties worth hundreds of millions? what was Henry Kaye’s secret, if any? i’m just a newbie and have to admit that i don’t know…
