    Sounds good to me…as I am not any kind of education provider or can not give professional advise(not qualified yet)..All I wanted is to learn from meeting people …and I thought it would be better if we can raise our network by meeting up in person(good old way).

    Anyway I am also exited to learn on the net,,I am half way through of Steve’s book and there is lot to learn from there.Any comment for good book in property options.

    To be very honest I would like to widespread my portfolio so I dont have an exposure to just single kind of investment.With my situation I am planning to start on small scale with little or no finance and then wanted to grow from there with more complex dead.

    However I have heard so much negative publicity about him ,also don’t want to spend too much on some sort of home based study course

    Hey.

    I just been to HSBC bank re the US account query but the charges are bit high also if you compare them a aus based usd account it is still costly.

    I am now looking for another options,Any suggestion.

    Hi Guys,

    As you all know I am very new in forum as well as in investment field.I have requested assistance to My USA property for 3 days before ,I have keyed in all the information they needed to get back to me re my investment but no phone calls or follow up emails so far.

    Not sure if any one else has same problem.

    Thanks For that ,but I have heard you need only 15 to 20k to get started as being invest in the small property and then in to large one …Also need to know if i can form a company along with my business partnet (LLC) and then start investing.

    I am really after positive cash flow and being a new in the sector really not looking forward to invest a fortune.What would you recommend.
