    Yes, I also been suggested by JDL strategies to buy in Coomera, QLD, 4209 for a townhouse unit $ 435k 2x2x1 I wonder if this is a good place to buy this year according to this report : http://www.investsmart.com.au/property-research/QLD/4209/Coomera.asp

    Yes, they put the $8500 into the loan account.

    This time my broker suggest me to go with the same institutions as I am with now, it sounds like that it is against the concept of firewalling ?

    Hi Sonya,

    I also been looking for similar type of loan as I’m now renting out my PPOR thus making it as my first IP.

    I’m with Bankwest therefore my current used to be home loan has suddenly become Investment loan, I’m now in the process of getting a good deal with my mortgage broker to get 95% loan with Bankwest for semi firewalling benefits.

    with the Qld Police Credit Union you can apply up to 97% :-)

    thanks to all for the suggestion and recommendation.

    doh, I have just paid $880 with my credit card with them :-/
    from what I can see now is that they’re trying to sell me a certain preselected IP and then charge me AUD $ 8500 for the first purchase and then AUD $ 3500 for subsequent IP.

    care to share where the link or the forum htread might be for JDL scam please ?

    one thing that I know is that CWB is way too expensive because they charge 3%
