    Hi Marisa..The shack you are talking about is just that ..a shack.
    Nice block of land but a little expensive i think.

    The beauty with what we have is a kit homes is allowed to be build. Many councils won’t allow that so close to the beach

    Thanks for the responce.

    Ausprop..we checked out Fleetwood as well & were not impressed. Too expensive & a inferior product in my opinion.
    I have been inpressed with Ross Squire ..value for money & very helpful. even been through the factory.
    Meilin Green head is as yet one of those placesnot many people know about. The block we got was already developed & one of the last true beach front blocks. As Steve say if you look hard enough opportunities will come your way.

    Hey guys .. Yes i think Yanchep is good, especially with the marmion rd going through. However it is like most thinks you have to get in before anybody else.
    I have purchased in Secret harbour & cant understand why some houses near the beach are still under 300K.
    Dont like Jurien bay, too much seaweed & the place seems backward. I prefer Greenhead a little further up

    To my way of thinking the numbers dont stack up.
    Maybe you should look to a rural area, where the outlay is less & the return better.
    Some areas have a better CG than the metro areas anyhow. You must do the homework, homework, homework.

    Hey some agent are lazy.
    A agent i know in Kalgoorlie sends out a invester list every couple of week via email. A lot of interstate buyers just look at the numbers & purchase unseen. How good for the agent!! Minimal work maximum return.
    Maybe i should become a real estate agent?

    As most people say ,you now have to look harder for those deals. Many times I find that bargain on the net,ring up or go to look at it & its gone.

    Increased competition, low interest rates & people like Margaret Lomas & our mate Steve Have informed the masses.

    Keep at it.

    Dont buy in Thailand believe me i lost a bundle.
    In the south money under the table speaks.
    You have the government people to pay off the police & the mafia as well. I had a mafia man come around one day & show me his gun…mmm scary.
    You also cannot stay more than 3 months without doing a visa run either. If your too successful & you rub someone the wrong way, life is cheap & they may put a contract out on you for 5000 baht.

    I was right there are a few smart ones out there.
    It sounds complicated so this calls for more research & investigation.
    The government is like a bank in many ways.
    As soon as you learn how to buck the system they change the rules.
