Hi Jamie,Wow what a difference. I am looking @ doing something very similar as i want to add value to an investment home im selling. 7k seems quite cheap for all the reno's you completed. Did you do most of the work yourself or have tradies come in? once again, looks very impressive compared to what it looked like..cheers
