									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes you can on sell, but normally this would require you to settle on the property, since you are the one who has paid the deposit and exchanged contracts with the developer. If you had purchased an option to buy the property, then this would be a different scenario, and perhaps more of what your were thinking?</p>
