I spoke to a Chinese person here about this, and they said yeah sure go ahead and buy a property, and the next minute the Chinese government (typical communist behaviour they said)  will take it away. Agree with previous post, because of what I said thats why the chinese would prefer to buy in Oz, or the US.

So yes they will take into account Australian loans.
