Their research is mainly BIS schrapnel whos forecast is 20% growth for brisbane to 2005-6

I do a fair amount of research on the internet and in property investing magazines.
Also BIS Schrapnel forecast is 20% growth
in Brisbane suburbs to 2005.
Also 2 investment companys say the same
(not that I beleive them).
