Interested in your thoughts on investing in Westbrook, a few KM from Toowoomba? Apparently its the fastest growing area in Toowoomba, Woolworths are going in there this year which is normally a good indication expected population growth.

Any thoughts?

I have a home loan with NAB and i’m releasing some equity for a deposit on an investment loan. My question is- is it possible to use NAB again for the investment loan and not have it cross collateralised? My broker has said this was possible. The reason being is that NAB will lend 90% and the others are 80%.

I have had a look at Mitchelton and nundah, however they were houses. It appears the yields are slightly higher for townhouses, would that be right?

Do you prefer single or double level for townhouses? Does it make much difference?

Just wondering if the current oversupply of units in Brisbane inner city also applies to townhouses within a 5 km radius of the city?

Do they make good investments opposed to houses that may be further from the CBD?
