    Good afternoon all,

It certainly feels like we really know each other now that we have actually met.

I have a few ideas for the next meeting, if everyone is interested in a next meeting but firstly, what’s everyone’s thoughts on the get together.

    Positives & Negatives??

I guess it’s a risk we all take when invesing in property that we think or hope it’s gonna grow in value, although if you’ve done your Research, it’s a more educated guess to where to invest.

The fact is we live in a very young country and the sky is the limit realy.

Havn’t heard of them, although my advise is not to be caught up in any hype and don’t sign or pay anything on the appointment, sleep on any offer they may give you first.

    Hi BS,

You do sound like you need a negative property which I agree with due to your income and Parts of Qld are great places to invest, you just need to do your Research First! we are focusing on the Logan City currently, As well as Perth WA.

    Happy to assist.

A: I guess everonewill stop at a different level of the steps depending on their desire, the only concern may be is if greed, if it gets to that stage.. Everyone has a different defenition of wealth or rich. You can be wealthy of knowledge, rich of wisdom ect…

Q: Do you sacrifice capital growth for positive cashflow??

True, to many people think micro and get tooo tied up doing that to think Macro and get o with things, we all need to step back a little and look at the big picture every now and then.. Then again some people always think Macro and loose attention to detail.. So I gues it’s that close to perfect balance we all seek in our lives!

Ok, as long as the research is done down to a T than its ok, as it’s not an emotional purchase, you are buying the numbers really. Most of our clients hardly decide to visit the area they are purchasing in as they rely on our research.

Q: Are you most likely to buy New vs Old Property or it depends?

I understand, that’s why we learn from our mistakes, if I was Nat, I’d confront that agentjustto get it off my chest and perhaps hear his side of the story.

Great, I’ll be getting some foam mugs for thecoffes today and Real Milk.

As Len suggested it’s important to have a structure to these meetings as they may get out of hand. The intro is very important as well as he note taking, also:

We should be clear to where we are in our current investments journey?

What we would like to acheive?

What resources we need to acheive them?

What time frame we would like to do this in?

Questions like this will stimulate a great start I think..

Ah, and I’m preparing a Sydney Discussin Group Log that we can fill out with our details and photo copy for everyone if you like so we keep each others details for reference.

Awesome stats there, now with Petrol & Milk matching up in value per liter, what’s more necessary? Is it a fair match in cost?

You do have to look at the situation from all angles before making an informed decision, either way why are we so bothered with that property alone where there is so much on offer out there, not short of properties for sale..

Well anyone that does any particular job 100% of their time are bound to be Really good at it, as I’m sure everyone is an expert in their own field too.. So it’s wise to say let the specialists do their work of finding you a suitable property whilst you focus on what you do best.. Logic.

Research, Analyse, Purchase is our slogan for investing..

I agree with Sam, 2-3% is the average, some go more and include all advertising and some are down to 1% and charge the advertising on top. It varies between agents and how good they are and how good your negotiations skills are, if you are in a position to negotiate..

Either way, try not to sell if you don’t have too..

Oxygen Funding: it’s hitting the $1.40 per liter mark.

So through what I gather everyone here is not concerned about this either??
