Be Careful & do your research!

Leverage your money and borrow against it, your cash could be the deposit to a $1mil+ borrowing, it all depends on your situation.

Seek expert advice that can study your situation, the sky is the limit with what you CAN do.

    Be careful & think Macro.

    mmmm..

Good point, although I think it may better the public perception of NSW.

It dosentbother me too much either way as most of our investors are investing in Qld & Perth. But it would be nice to correct the NSW market for first time investors morall and confidence.

Well, Perth is a great place to invest most definetly.

We shifted our focus from buying & selling properties in NSW to mostly Perth in the last 8 months.

Rockingham is a great place to start as well as Mandurra. We have done extensive research in those areas and created Local Govermet Area Research Reports on those areas.

If you are interested in this, please let us know.

    Hi,

As I have no idea about the London market, I can tell you that Sydney is in gloom now which means it’s not a bad time to buy, but very bad to sell property.

Perth & Qld are the old time favourites as they have the highest populations trends in Australia.

Although it all depends on where, when & how much?

    Hope this helps.

Storage is a great Idea, maybe proving to them that it’s in good condition via getting a building report done maybe he go or even doing some renovations of such.

All this will be worthit in the long run.

Did anyonesee the metal container things transferred into homes on the news last night? Isn’t that a good idea (if council approves it)

    Hi,

Great advice above, I am a LREA but please don’t hold that aginst me as I’m an investor too and know what you are going through, my only advise is to do your research and figure what you need (not want) to acheive your goals.

I think it wouldbe a must to drop these taxes to gain publicity. It’s just a matter of time.

I really think this will be a great thing for NSW investors.

    Looking forward to the changes..

There is Richard from Your State Finance and Simon from Mortgage Hunter on this Forum, they both post replies to your topic. They can both probably help.

    Hi,

You have done better than most already, great work. The next one is not as hard as the first although Research is the key word now. Make sure you do plentyof Research before jumping into another one.

The only disadvantage in this situation is that you expect the second one to outperform the second one, which may be a challenge but possible.

    Research..

The only disadvantage I seein some small towns is the lack of capital growth. It’s great to have a good rental return although it’s equally (and arguably more important) to have steady growth.

It creating some sort of a balance between the two that will be most likely to acheive great results.
