I like to see the interest rates maintain at 7.25% till early next year..It will not move that soon… be real.. with inflation rate hitting 4.5%…Not at least it started to come down.The unemployment rate is rising…Love to see that in the current property market…on above equation.

It seems that very cheap.. only A$2000 for Dipl Financial Services. Is that useful?Some of the insitute charge about A$5000+. How about doing it in TAFE? any one has experienced?Cheers

I didn't realise that it only cost A$600 to get cert4 in financial services. Can anyone tell me where to apply for it? and is there any exam/logbook etc… to complete?

Exit fee of 2% from RHG… it is crazily expensive. Their standard variable rate is 9.99% (much higher than big banks).Luckily, I m sticking with big banks despite my previous MB recommended non-bank lender.I still don't understand why people would like to go to non-bank lender?
