    Hi Glen,               have done 3 finance deals for clients who bought through club.Two of the valuations came in by around $30,000 less than the  purchase price for unit developments being marketed via the club in the $240,000 to $270,000 price range a couple of years ago on the gold coast.Neil Jenman has an intersting view on them at
