    Hi Tom,

We used Jacqui and Richard they have both answered your question. They brought our house and arranged the finance and everything went smoothly. We are now looking at our second house using our Super. If you want honest trustworthy people then I highly recommend Jacquie and Richard… This was our first house and they took us through it step by step. No question is too small for both of these lovely people…..

    Thanks Jacqui ,

This is for my sister who goes to Portarlington a lot , she has noticed it going ahead and they can afford to buy and negative gear. Kerry thought it would be a good long term investment to buy an older house and later put some units on it …

    Cheers

Hi everyone thanks for the input. The seminar was free but to join you have to pay seven thousand dollars that includes all the mentoring. We have decided not to go as I hate being pushed by people … I know some say go and don’t buy or get suckered but I would rather not go at all….

I just could not believe how pushy the man was

    Cheers

I thought I was the only one thinking Christmas is getting harder …  I have already told the family it's our house next year and everyone is welcome .  Chris Cringle shall be on again and Santa shall be handing out the presents,  I love a family gathering.

Have a fantastic New Years Eve  ..

    Hi Wooly ,

I have spoken to Jacqui over the phone and we had a long chat  Jacqui opens your eyes to positive gearing, I  like that . Jacqui  knows  her stuff.  We are waiting to organise a valuation on our house which shall be at the start of Jan,  I assume most of them are having holidays.  I am using Richard from Taylored Financial Solutions  he is on this forum.  I can let you know how it all goes as soon as we purchase our first property if you like …  Jacqui and Richard are both very helpful and I feel confident that they will be helping us buy more than one propertysmiley….    It sure is a steep learning curve …

    Cheers

I am so glad that you don’t have to have your goals year by year to start …
My goal to get the right financial advisor to help us Buy our first house and learn how to do the book work and how it all runs ….
Then we shall set goals on buying more property , I would like to have at least 8 investment for our retirement as this is what I have been told we should need to retire happy.

I suppose my end goal is 8 properties but that could change once we start

    Cheers

    Hi Yellina ,

I have been reading the forum and I have contacted Richard Taylor known as Qlds007 regarding finance . I am waiting for Richard to come back from holidays.
In the meantime I have been doing lots of research and I have actually found some properties that I like and they will positive gear …

Hopefully we should be ready to go in the New Year

I am really looking forward to starting our portfolio , I am enjoying what I am learning..

    Cheers

    Thanks Yellina,

I did learn some good tips at the seminar but will not be joining . I have been reading researching and getting a lot of answers from these forums .

Going by the forums  there are 3 people who answer most questions and have been doing so for years

they are financial planners  and I am going to be picking one of these to help me start my way .

I realise  I need helps setting you my finances and I shall need help with my investments better to be safe working with someone who knows there stuff.

I shall let you know how I go

    Cheers
