Great investment. it sounds cheap at $25,000. I have seen them sell for over $100,000 in a good area, eg Brighton or Rosebud. I just missed out on one a couple of years ago ‘for free’ I was having breakfast and saw it in the local paper at Dromana and rang it up at 6.15am. It was already gone[B)]. Too slow.

As for travelling to the Sunshine Coast, it would be a fair drive and you would get sick of it quickly. The closest work area would be Hervey Bay where the tourist industry is the biggest employer.
