    Hi Paul, I am interested in joining the vendor finance association. I am in North Queensland so would be unable to make any of the meetings that you seem to have. What other benefits are there for me apart from going to the meetings?

    Thanks everyone for the comments. Yes terry I am looking at your number 1 option except hoping to get it a bit longer than a year.scott I am getting access to the property and I will be responsible for all outgoings, although the loan repayments are a lot higher than what you would pay as rent for the property. This is because the loan that is associated with the place had a fixed interest rate for some time that basically drove the loan up. This is where my thinking that I am paying above what rent would be as we'll as slightly higher market value that there should perhaps be some coming off the principal.

    Well thats terrible news about his son, our thoughts are with them.

    Was more wondering if anyone had any professional dealings with him, or if any what had done the courses he has available.

    I noticed Victa you only joined propertyinvesting.com today, whats your background? do you only know him on a personal level?

    Have often wondered this myself JK. I thought of this option myself but as do not live in Vic have the thought the stamp duty would be a problem making the idea less attractive. Interesting discussion
