Something I am not sure of what are they going to do with the athletes accommodation after the games at parklands? I have heard it may stay for accommodation for the university hospital recently built. This could provide an oversupply of lower range property in the area. Love to hear anyone's thought?
Thanks for the comments guys, I realize it has been flat for some time and prices have come back quite a bit. I would be looking at 3 bedrooms and a large block, perhaps in the lower price range and basically positively geared. I mean a rent to buy agreement. Obviously my relationship with my solicitor isn't too good, as I was of the belif of a couple of weeks would be plenty of time. Thanks d ill check it out. Just watched Tommys course a lot is back in 2009 and 10. Looked up a few liens and they didn't seem to be as readily available. This is only initial research thou. Like you would by rest to hear some more up to date info.

Great to know Paul, I was looking at a lease option on the property anyway. I suppose if they are still undischarged you have to wait 5 years from when they are discharged for it to be off there record.
