It’s worth looking on the “getting Creative” forum, there are a number of threads to do with this.
You can try Danielle at http://www.avibe.com.au they do full disclosure finance.

Most of the time I don’t even KNOW I’ve got buy and holds until the rent comes in. The agent takes care of everything. Makes my life much easier!

    Hi Steve
Well, I admit it – I’ve had that Dr Seuss book for quite a while, and frequently read it to my kids as a bedtime story. It’s one of my favourites!
So yes, I think Dr Seuss was very wise. But Steve’s delivery of the story was excellent too, obviously getting into practice for reading bedtime stories to his little one. hehehe

Rick’s training information is now at http://www.RickOtton.com
Also, it probably should have been mentioned that if you buy Rick’s Wrap Pack, you get 12 months mentorship from Rick.
So it’s probably reasonable to suggest the Wrap Pack as a possibility in a mentoring request.

At last night’s presentation in Melbourne, Steve said that attendees were welcome to tape the evening.

I brought my kids up in the early years on breast milk then soy milk.
They never had ear infections, colds, anything really – my little girl, now 3.5, has never even been to a doctor.
    Coincidence? I’m not so sure!

I heard a very experienced (and wealthy!) property investor say recently that it’s all about getting a level of return.
For example, you might want a return of 15%. On some properties that may be 11% yield and 4% capital growth, on others it may be 12% growth and 3% yield. These figures are worked out over a period of say 5 years.
At different points in your investment journey, different properties will be right for you, depending on what you already own, your borrowing capacity and serviceability, etc etc.
    It’s all about balance!

I don’t think they’re the only religion who claims that only their own members are on the true path to truth and God. That’s a pretty common theme amongst all religions!

It’s a bit cheeky to say that because the buyers didn’t ask about the house’s history, there was no need to mention it. Okay, so now every time I want to buy a house I should ask whether someone was murdered there???
The silly part is the agent probably didn’t mention it for fear of scaring off buyers, which would certainly be the case with some buyers. But I bet there would be plenty of others who would revel in the gruesome past, as long as the price was right.

It’s also sad to see that API have reverted to the old style of Melbourne maps, which cut off at least 1/3 of the Melbourne suburbs.
I had brought this up with the past editor a while ago, and they changed the map style and included heaps more, but I guess that’s gone now. The current editor doesn’t seem to care.

You could try posting this message in the “Getting Creative” forum here. It may also help if you mention where you would like to buy! Most people providing vendor finance work in fairly specific areas.
You can also put a message on the bulletin board at http://www.financewraps.asn.au
    Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I experienced something similar when I got a scholarship to a top girls school. It’s one of the reasons I support school uniforms – the great “equaliser”. I used to hate free dress days! It was one of the few things I disliked about going there!! hehe
One thing I’ve been thinking about – a major criticism of private schools is that they’re elitist. If you take away a portion of their funding, and they become more expensive, meaning less people can afford them – doesn’t that just make them MORE elitist?

    The LMI issue really sucks!!!
I’m maxed out with both of them, and it makes life a great deal more difficult.
