I suggest if you have seen growth in Central Coast, why not stay focussed there.  BTW, I am looking for central coast, Gosford area investment outside Sydney myself, any suggestion on your end?</p>

If I redraw LOC for say 1 million from my bank, can I use this amount for 20% deposit and Bank will lend me additional 80% of the loan? or will I need to go to different banks.</p>
