It actually adds value to the property not just in the long run. In the eyes of the potential buyers, landscape is not something that every property has, so if you have it on yours, it’s already a plus to them. It automatically registers an increase in value to ones mind.

Our landscape designer do not ask for such amount. Usually the planner is also part of the team who will do the job, so it is cheaper.

Kind of outdated but still relevant. I can say that the installer of the electric heaters and heat pump actually knows it. If what could save more or less on the long run or not.

Doing the painting alone could be really exhausting and time consuming. Suggest you can go to a painter and have it done by them, if you have the right amount of budget.

Isn’t roof renovation like replacement a part of the renovation they are working on your property? If you are able to trust them on the renovation why not on the roofing works. Otherwise you should not have let them work over your property in the first place. Hope it turned out well tho.

Not all inspectors overstate stuff, but cannot deny the fact that there are a lot that does. You can sell it, but do some repairs or replacement first to increase the value.

I know this is outdated, but for those who are really confuse, there is no more reliable than consulting a roofer themselves. Whether it be a residential or a company. Just a piece of information, if the roof is significantly old with damages, like it is past the supposed age better replace it.

I find carpet cleaning services now a days cheaper than before, correct me if I’m wrong. Because of competition, companies lower their service fee, just do not know if during the pandemic there’s changes. Cheers!
Isn’t 14k just way too expensive? But if we are unsure, we can actually let roofing contractors to inspect and evaluate the cost themselves.

Glad you posted it here. Since it was a pretty long time already, possible changes has happened. Like website change, or company name change, or maybe a new owner bought the company and stuff.
