Hi, My name is Frank Satar, I am 36 yrs old and I have been in the Real Estate and finance industry for about 18 years (basically half my life). I am a silent partner at a small brokering firm in Melbourne and am currently in Thailand managing the sales team for Tulip Group development in Pattaya for the past 2 years. I started investing in properties when we started the brokering firm around 8 years ago and currently own a total of 6 investment properties in Australia and in Thailand. The Thai market is very busy considering the rest of the world and that is mostly due to it being sort of a cash market due to the fact that there are a lot of foreigners buying properties here. <moderator: delete advertising>.
