I had it when I initially rented my first property for two years just incase.However I have been lucky to get good long term tenents and I know them on a personal level after maintenance visits to the house over time. I cancelled the policy five years ago and havn t looked back.</p>

I ve been monitoring the Darwin market for the last 12 months and there seems to be plenty for sale. Your definately right about the unit townhouse market, I have to flick through 2 pages of them to get to an established place for sale.<br />
