hi there,

only new to investing so only suggestions
if after cap growth brisbane city areas.
have read also bayside areas are places to watch.

sunshine coast also has strong population growth

as far as pos cashflow goes i have found plenty of information in mags on statistics on particular places.

eg. property investor,health and lifestyle and look at internet.

at present im a trade painter
my goal is to have a passive income from poscash properties.

just wondering if a business might be a good stepping stone to reach my goal faster.

currently have 1 investment property worth 250k.

misty 1 had some good advice
as i am a painter i would recomend dulux,best quality grade
choose wash and wear as most durable
