Hey guys,

Thanks for the comments, as I have been doing my own research I did wonder what "added" benefits these type of companies might add.  I suppose they are there to help the people who do not want to or do not have the time to do their own research.

So now I just need to get a good mortgage broker and an IP accountant.

Any recommendations for Brisbane would be appreciated.

I am not sure whether or not the increased noise would have devalued our property, but it certainly ranks high on peoples "not wanted" list……
