    Its a buyers market at the moment.
    People are nervous that they wont be able to sell, so will be willing to discount significantly.

    Im hoping to pick up a few decent deals over the year. The plan is to pick up a few places with decent amount of land that I can develop later when demand picks up again.

    Like I said in my email, I am tossing up selling or holding, and this will give me some pointers.
