    Have a look at Eagle Farm in Brisbane, near the airport. There is an auction warehouse where you have to be present on the day but the bargains are worth it.  They sell goods, for renovation and equipment well below retail or wholesale price and are usually selling on behalf of an administrator or slightly damaged stock.  I saw ktichens being sold (flat pack unopened) for $500 that usually sell for $8000 in shops.

    The truth is you have to put the effort in to make the returns.  Although having an investment property may seem easy,  the more effort you put in the more you get out of it.  Geting out there and checking these auctions and other sale methods means that you can be creative while saving money and find things that others can't be bother with.
