Mother comes out with a nice lot of spending money
enough to buy her own unit and live comfortable.Brothers rent out the house to cover the repayments. every one is happy all brothers sharing the wealth and the responsibility of Mum.

Thank for the reply [Insurance]I dont mean you or any one else would do this ,but money is the base for all evil , so I am told and it makes people do strange things..just look at a family when the time comes to share in the wealth of a family will.
Its just better to have all this out in the open and a stratagie in place..so people investing are confident all bases are covered…as for meeting and discussing for those who can not get to the mneetings there could be a phone link up.[sunny]

that way you can see the price range and the type of house you want, , ring the local councils to find what is in the area such as Train, bus schools etc…ask what the crime rate is ring the local police station.

I live in Eatons Hill 20/25 min from the city of course this depends on the traffic 20min if I am in a hurry…

Good school, depending on what you call good is your child into learning or sport…
Nudgee college is great for all ,it is a private catholic school,10 mins away.Wavell is good for football ,hockey.
other school’s are also pretty good depending on again the child, they tend to find their feet
pretty quick. there is industry 5 min down the road in strathpine also an area you can pick up good price houses although not quite as good socialy thats my opinion I have friends who live there and love it. me I am a bit of a snob

its no big secret,
dont know why people guard it so convertlyformular for interest only payment if you need to do principal and interest just ad 2% more[ that should cover the principal part]
use your calculator…put in the loan amount [say] $150000 x by the interest rate [say] 6.99%
divide that answer by 365 days in the yr x that answer by 31 days in the month=$890 interest only payment for the month…
this is not exact but close enough ..as some months there are 29/30/31 days.

but No person has the right to belittle , call bad names to others. [argue]a person in authority
should be called to explain them selves, dont you dare let them get away with putting your child in a situation he is not equiped to handle, children should feel safe in school and in the home.[biggrin][biggrin][biggrin]so you go down to that school and beat your drum[drummer]who else is going to look out for your child except you.[buz2]
Its That EZY… first explain to your child how you will feel if you get down there and the story is different,Hi and welcome, I think its fine going to these seminars , you might find some useful information, even if its to stay away from them
or to see what the others think and how not to get trapped by the pocket.[or foot] as most bunnies do.

I’m EZYTalking about bikes, what about the push bike rider riding on the bike path ,came to the main rd waiting at the lights to get to the other side of the rd and continue his ride in the park when his phone rang just as the lights changed , young man answered his ph while pushing his bike across the road and got booked for using a phone while in charge of a bike. consensus…its a shame kids spend their childhood in schools not having the chance to experiance life in the big world then they go to universaty …still no experiance in the real world then they graduate as teachers and go back to school, never learning to hold a conversation with real adults and so they never learn how to deal with children other than abuse them, belittle them and in general Bully them…
If you manage to get a good teacher beleave me they are great.and should be paid more money I think all teachers should have to do an exam every year to keep their place in the school.

please do not take marks off for the spelling mistakes.[biggrin]Hi , lets get practical, most of the people on this forum have never had a bad thing happen to them,and dont understand why you have two bad debts and your partner has a bankrupcy ,so maybe you can explain it to us then maybe some one might be able to help you…you and your partner scare lenders very badly in fact so badly they prfer to tell you to come back in 7yrs or when you have shown a good savings record and have shown that you are trying to make restitution to your creditors,
In saying that I had a lady come to me and ask me to get finance for her to refinance her home unit…..she thought when she went bankrupt that was it and she could then start again and buy another property,
when she bought her new unit the bankrupcy department stepped in and said thank you very much you have 3 weeks to come up with the money you owe us or we take the unit…It took a lot of talking to both lenders and to the bankrupcy people to come to a happy end where the powers to be let her keep her unit as long as the lendes refinance her and pay out the money she owed.
I found out it was not her fault for the trouble she was in it was the fault of her defacto, who had now left the scene.
all’s well that ends well, so let us know what the circumstance is, and what you are doing to rectify the situation
