What sort of LVRs are banks demanding right now and is this affecting the market ?
There seem to be lots for sale except the investment landlord type ones.
I’m seeing lots of leaseholds, so what’s the situation ?
Any info would be helpful. It’s confusing for newbies like me.

Hi Isabel,

You will also need to look into all the hidden costs involved in sub dividing as depending on the size of the land you could be looking at $20k or more for sub division.

Hi Propertyboy,

I’m am in Newcastle and the market varies a little in different states however just to give you an idea the fees at the property management side of the agency i work in is 7.7% however it is negotiable and has come down to 6.5%

I appreciate your opinion in relation to my post and your observation that I have answered no questions in this forum. This is specifically due to the fact that I am brand new on here and am more than eager to do so.
