Agree with Richard.Definetly wouldnt be investing to minimise tax. Investing in property should be puting money in your pocket every month not vice versa. You can only buy so many negatively geared properties before the bank shuts its door.

Most of the housing commision has an owner occupier clause. I think you missed the boat for Orange has already had decent growth in recent years,

I go to may seminars and they are all a big sales pitch. Some are very pushy with no content and just sell. The worst seminar I have been to so far was LIVE OUT LOAD with Loral Langemeier and one of the best I would have to say would be with Wilson Luna. Both of these were more business orientated tho.Engelo

Even if you buy in a rental area you can still sell to an investor looking for yield. Prob for none or minimum profit.Engelo
