Hio GOM, Are you paranoid, or do you only like to read negative comments in a forum? At least I have purchased a property through TIC . Would anyone like to know of a first hand experience?
HI, Your question is a bit old now, I suppose, but I have purchased property through the investors club. It cost me the same as was advertised through Domain, plus I got extras, security screens, blinds and light fittings, on a house and land package. Everything was done for me, and at no cost at all.
