  • DWolfe replied to the topic Carly Crutchfield ??? in the forum Heads Up! 14 years, 10 months ago

Hi all,I particularly liked the link I picked up off another thread, which is all about how Carly Crutchfield is a Scientologist and is raising money to fund activities.Hey, anyone can have their religion, it is just interesting to get more perspective on her investment information and who she is as a person and as the head of a corporation.D

  • DWolfe replied to the topic Margaret Lomas’ Destiny Group in the forum Heads Up! 14 years, 10 months ago

Hi Marq001,I'd start by dropping a couple bucks on her books. Better to see what she says in print first, sort of try before you buy. ML is also a host of Your money your call on Foxtel and talks about property and property investing.I would investigate all options of 'groups' you can join before putting your money in. There are plenty out there.…[Read more]

Wynyrd,That is not a direct quote from the Demographia study, just journalism.I have read through the other post you have put on other threads and honestly it seems like u are just waiting in hope for some one to hand to a nice house in a thriving area. Aint gonna happen. You need to get up, stop worrying about what "the market" is doing and make…[Read more]

  • DWolfe replied to the topic No Housing Bubble in Australia…is there? in the forum General Property 14 years, 10 months ago

Welcome back Wynyrd! This article is full of 'whatever' numbers. "Demographia listed Melbourne as the world's 321st most affordable city, more reasonably priced than only Sydney, which came in at 325th, and a handful of other locations." Umm sure, so how many cities are in the world? According to GOOGLE there are 2469501 cities in the world. So…[Read more]

    14 years, 10 months ago

Hi minichick,I'd have a good think about either using a different picture at the start or getting another one taken of the front of the house. The first thing I thought was 'that's a 5 bdrm house?' Due to the smaller entry way/front of house think about having just a photo side on or use one of the other photos as the first photo the buyers see.…[Read more]

Good reply there Jamie, I read some of your other posts mentobe and seems like you are very passionate about the area, stick around and share and become part of the community rather than try to add your name to the seemingly endless list of spruikers and marketeers.D

Hi mentobe,How many properties have you bought and sold in this area? What sort of new development is taking place in this area? Have you sold property previously as an REA? Have you mentored people previously? Have you run similar programs in other areas and what was your success?Oh, just a couple of small questions, are you selling any property?…[Read more]

Please spoonicus! I would appreciate it, even if I just give him a ring next time to check. The last guy, oh man I thought he was going to shed a few tears. Cmon just do your job! In the end we had to split the job up, he did half and the builder got his fence guy to do half, still had to pay both. Ahh well.I'm thinking about trying to make it…[Read more]

Cool, nice to know there are other options! Better to go with who the team works best with, I'll probably stick with Aline, but get my guys to hassle them about being more expensive lol! ;)Thanks for the update!D

Who says that Chloe is an apprentice, or a hairdresser. Gen Y women expect a lot more. Better house, better clothes better other half, so why no a better job. Who says Chloe has agreed to move in with Matt before she has secured full time employment?Just saying….I am in the process of watching a Chloe and Matt at the moment and the questions are…[Read more]

  • DWolfe replied to the topic How much are you prepared to pay for an IP? in the forum General Property 14 years, 11 months ago

Hi Scott,Interesting, that is similar to prices around my stomping ground. The higher end taps out rent wise at about $1500 pw and it has to be schmick for that. There seems to be a few people buying for future ppor, don't have kids now but in future want to live in the area and are getting in now. We were actually talking about looking at some of…[Read more]

Heavenly,Welcome aboard! There are always two sides to every story. I am both a landlord and a tenant. The last tenancy which has just ended was a great escape.
