Got a reaction/reply after Paul intervened, but all I have seen on development is a fence being installed around it. Have a friend checking to see if anything else has happened recently.

    Thanks Paul,
Have Tim Ash's mobile & address already, getting him to answer is the problem. Have now been told that the development is having problems with planning when we were originally advised that all permits were set up. Construction was supposed to start in February.
I am now considering a legal letter to the company in order to get an answer.

Kendall, sadly my wife & I signed up for an investment property with this company. We, through their recommended mortgage broker set up a interest mortgage only loan & then the property was paid for. Our mistake was not verify things as we went as I was under the mistaken belief that the land & development were all one deal. No, we now have title to a piece of land with no start of the build. So consequently are paying an interest only loan which we cannot claim as a tax deduction. Our attempts to contact the principal of the firm (Tim Ash) have resulted in fob offs. The Firm who were supposed to build the development will not talk to us & refer us back to Star Investing. I would recommend extreme caution to anyone thinking of dealing with Star Investing.
