Current status: waiting on approval through Council for relaxation.  I&#8217;m happy to share as we go along. <p>Agreement on RPData.  It is well worth the cost.  As they say, &#8220;Expect to pay for good information.&#8221;  However, many times I&#8217;ve been able to ask the real estate agent for the RPData if I&#8217;m seriously considering a property.  Most, if not all, real estate agents have access to the database and can provide the information to you free of charge.</p>
