Three things I feel that would be beneficial to real estate investment virgins ( like me ) would be.
1. tips in tracking down locations in which positive cashflow properties could exist.
2. How to know if a purchase will still be cashflow positive after incorporating all expenses , particulary if your looking for your first buy.
3. Managing time effectively while researching property.
