    Hi,
Your right in the sense that they may be building new estates as they have been doing over the past 15 to 20 years and it hasn't had a bad effect so far. I lived in Karratha for 37 years and I know the new estates have blocks between 300 and 550sqm and once built you can basicly step from 1 rooftop to another. Thats no joke. You hear that new contracts are signed all the time re gas etc. but what you don't always hear is that they have to be able to supply an amount be it gas for no less than a 25 year period. There is still alot of money to be made up there in real estate. If you look at the numbers Karratha still gets good return on property where alot of other places have fallen.
    Hope to hear more.

    Hi all,
Haven't been very active lately but am looking forward to starting a new chapter. I'll be doing this by selling one of my properties in the great North West of Western Australia in a town called Karratha.I thought I'd post it here first before I let the general public in and see how it goes. I'll be asking between $770 and $800k for the property. It's a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, pool, office, ample parking and it sits on a 800sqm + block., It's tenented at the moment and it's returning over $6000 per calender  month. So if your looking to buy in the biggest resourses area in the Nation have a think about it and post a comment.
It's good to be back on board.

    Hi mate,
I've recently had a few dealings with a company in Perth called Kimberley Builders and Trans homes. They do a set design or custom. The first time I walked through one of their houses I was quite shocked of the quality. They are built complete concrete pad and all. I strongly recommend you at least have a look. By the way I have absolutely nothing to do with the company other than cleaning a few of the houses before transport.
I think they do have a website and I'd imagine it to be  http://www.kimberleybuilders.com.au  . Good luck and I hope this helps you.

    Hi there,
I'd like to say sounds good but there's alot of issues that can come up and interfear with happy families. I'd like to add more but you haven't said anything about how long you've been together how you get on with his family (whole family) as siblings can sometimes get their nose put out of joint when things like this happen. Anyway without more info I don't think people can really give you the answer your looking for.

Hi there, Just to let you know your not the lone ranger and Yes it's doable to have a family and success. Not just in realestate but in whatever you are prepared to put your passion into.
Myself I have 4 kids and another due on the 28th of this month.
I have a sallery just over 60k and will also be buying our third property next month.
I thinks it's important to maintain a can do attitude and with the power of a bit of positive thinking us humans can achieve many grate things.

    Hi there,
In regard to a good accountant in Perth I've had alot of luck with a lad called Russell Woollett from Woollett&Partners their website is  http://www.woollettpartners.com.au You must remember this is only my opinion so take it at face value.
Anyway this bloke had an answer for every question i gave him and explained it so you could understand what was going on. He will go through every senario so you can have a semi educated guess at the option you may wish to take. When you ask a question he is also able to give you the pros and cons according to your situation financial or what ever. I'm sure his brain runs like a matrix of numbers and solutions because he seems to be answering the question before you finish the question. Once again this is only my opinion and ones mans rubbish might be another mans treasure. Anyway if you want to at least call him they're at 36 cedric street Stirling.
    All the best

    Hi there,
This is the first time that i've written on this site so having said that this is just my opinion and not to be mistaken for advise
Not so long ago went to a custodian seminar and since then met them on two occasions for a total of 5 hours.
The founder John Fitzgerald was the speaker on the night. He had some good things to say in regard to his formula of building wealth. Having said that it was his way of doing thing or it wouldn't work too well.
He calls it SEVEN STEPS TO WEALTH.
What I didn't like about it was that the loans sugested to use were intrest only so to me the investment never becomes cashflow positive. Also you have to buy where they sugest which is an area where they own the whole estate. They work it so it is only 3% rented and 97% owner ocupier(OO).
The thing they do is supply the (YOU) investor with a three or four bedroom house but for all the OO in the estate have to buy thier rules build two story homes with a larger sqm house pad. This is where they create the theory of having the worst house in thye best street.
I'm not saying what they're doing is wrong or miss leading but what I will say is do the homework on this way of investing. You can start by going to thier website http://www.wealthbuilders.com or http://www.custodianwealthbuilders.com either way I hope this helps you with your quiries.
