    Hi Rudi

You can contact your local council and ask what days and times the town planner is available. They are made available to answer questions just like yours. Then you can go in and have an informal chat about your options and they will guide you through the process.

    Good Luck

    Hi Tim,

Its not a forum it has a forum but its like a little community that share ideas with each other. I saw it promoted at a council event and thats why i joined.

It has a lot of categories that can really help people who need it. There was one suggestion that i really liked about how to save money on grocery shopping and to avoid useless coupons that are usually for things you dont need. We have chagned our shopping routine and have saved $8.00 per week. I know it doesnt sound like much but its not bad, and if you have ideas that could help someone else why not share???

If you dont have any ideas than dont join. I was only suggesting it because i thought with all the ideas here someone who doesnt know much might benefit.

    Up to you though.

    Hi Andrew,

Just go on the veda advantage websitenand request a full copy of all documents that the developer has lodged with ASIC. This is not a free search but will give you more information with which to carry on your investigations.

    Good Luck.

    Hi,

This might sound quirky but you could try registering your rooms for lease on my space. This would mean your advertisement would be available for a wider audience.

    Hi Don / Richard,

Do not worry about him posting a reply again. When you right click on his profile name and view the shortcut, his user name is actually Brad Smith.

That is also the name of the Owner of Signature Financial Solutions according to the receptionist.

    Hi Linar.

I have been in contact with RP Data, because i was receiving telemarketing calls from finance companies recently. I was told that they got my information from RP DATA. Unfortunately it is true. RP DATA gives information to anyone who pays for a subscription. They give names phone numbers and addresses as well as alot of other information and they have no restriction on who can have a membership, not even for telemarketing companies who are clearly targeting home owners.

    Cheers,
    Don.

    Hi Mark,

I am glad your name is not brad becasue when i rang them, on your suggestion natassa the girl that answered said that the name of the owner is Brad and that VIV is his father, I must admit that that made me feel a little suspicious, but I am glad you have cleared that up.

Also I am just curious, you didnt answer my question of when you took out the loan. The reason i ask is that i think it is great that your loan has been reducing every month since getting the loan with signature, i am also a little confused because when i did an asic search Signature Financial Solutions has only been registered for roughly 2 months.

I am just curious about how long it took for the loan process to go through for you to reap the benefits "every month"???

    Hi Richard / Donald:

My other application is with My Loan My Way through ING and the interest rate is quite good, have you had any dealing with this company in the past, any information you could pass on?

    Thanks so much,

    Don.

    Hi Brad.

I really honestly do not mean to be contradictory, but i put in an application through Signature Financial Solutions, my consultants name was denis he was a very nice man, but i couldnt get much information about the company from him. Then last week I tried to see if anyone here had heard of them and VIV who was your consultant came on the forum and was quite rude to me saying that i was probably a disgruntled ex employe of the company. I was a little offended because i just wanted more information.

Can I ask how long you have had your loan with the company, and also the fee of $3000 is that really optional? I was quoted close to $5000 is that right?  I have an application with another finance company but i really want to make a good decision.

    Hi Richard,

I was given that rate last week I went through My Loan My Way. i was reccomennded to go there by a friend. I am sure if you put there name in google they will come up.

They go directly through ING so maybe they can get better rates, I am not sure. Make sure you check it out and let me know.

I wasnt too happy with Peach though so i didnt go very far with them.

The rate they offered me was 8.64% through ING if that helps.

    Cheers.

Taking advise from this site, I looked up Peach Home Loans, but found that I could get a better rate from My Rate. I am pretty happy with their deal. They also go through ING. I do not know much about how it works becasue I have just put in an application. But maybe give them a call??

Perhaps you could ask to move in to your new property prior to the settlement with no rent payable to compensate for the fact that you have been put out by the vendor.

Is the property you are buying vacant?

    Hi Viv,

This is a forum for me to get opinions from others. If i need an opinion from your company I can approach my consultant I am sure.

I believed that this was confidential and I am a little disappointed that you have searched me on your database. Once I do my research i will get back to you.

    Richard,

I have never refinanced before and the loan I have been shown will apparently reduce my mortgage by 12 years. It will cost me a fee of nearly $5000 to refinance and this will include a planner to advise me on my finances in the long run. Can you tell me what kind of accreditation or license my consultant would need to hold. I would appreciate knowing this before i pay anything for the service.

    Thank you.
