    Any investors out here in the Vic Alps? Would love to hear your experience. Want to use for a few weeks recreation in winter but the rest of the time rent it out. Is there any rental return in non-winter months? Any idea about expenses? I.e cleaning fees, body corp and council rates.

Are purchased furniture, white good, and other items like bed sheets, crockery, etc that we buy an expense we can claim?
