									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cheers Anthony Strata Insurance is a bit more difficult they tell me in Qld. Insurance is for 5 Strata titled units , most of the main players won&#039;t do over 3 -4 units .  All sorted now. Thanks for the reply. </p>
