I personally inspected many of these 40k houses in New Zealand recently (South island) and yes the yield are very high. 15-20%<br />
Most of these properties have serious problems and queit frankly you wouldnt want your dog living in them. Im talking about 20-25k worth of repairs to fix. Minimum. But whats the point now when wooducks from interstate, who buy sight unseen, have pushed the prices so that yields are now very poor.<br />
