Also should add. My PPOR will be paid of within 18 months, I have a IP with more to come soon so im not wasting my money. I believe in a balance. And thats how im living my life. So now im off to dinner with my mates. Tomorrow we are going camping up the river and im going to get some fishing in too. Lifes great.

Check out australianmusclecarstables.com.au Similar site to the one mentioned above. My group a walkinshaw is for sale there. Im getting out now incase things get rough next year. Best to pay a big chunk of my PPOR i think and set up a nice buffer. Although i will get another cheaper toy as well. Gotta live and have fun too.Nice tax free profit.

A work mate bought a house there 6 years ago for $130,000. the area has troubles with dodgy locals and is severly effected by weather. When in drought the population drops massively. He sold his house 6 months ago for $130,000. Thats a profit of NOTHING. I would be careful.

Our weddong cost $20,000. Its the biggest moment in many young girls lives. I was happy to spend that on my wife.Im all for saving for your future but fair go. I love crunching numbers. I have a calculator sitting next to me at home. The wife thinks ive lost it. Ill see a property and go through a bunch of WHAT IFS. Seing if its viable or what a reno will do. It helps hone your skills i think.
