    1 very good thing to do , ring all the realestates in the area you plan to buy in ask for the rental property manager and ask whats available
    I found if they know you are looking for investment properties , they only have 4 or 5 but
    if you want to rent they have 20 to 30

    1 qustion
    why should a tenant expect there rent to stay the same over 2-3 yrs , when the cost of everything increases the upkeep of the house they live in has to be payed plus the loan where not all millionare property owners just battlers having a go , there income increases so does the pension
    you dont et anthing for free today
