<p>But I am still confused. Were exit fees abolished or not? I thought they were and Luke you seem to say yes and no, but then say I can&#8217;t have it both ways, but the bank can?</p>
<p>Aren&#8217;t exit fees what&#8217;s charged when I leave?</p>
<p>Doesn&#8217;t abolished mean gone?</p>
