    Hi all,

Can anyone advise which are the good and bad suburbs in Bendigo and any undergoing  gentrification? I am potentially looking at investing in the area and have conducted my due diligence and wanting some more suburb profile information. If anyone can help that would be awesome.

    Cheers,

    Dave

Way too many variables and if you are new to the game then work it out in full till you get more experienced. Depends on all your outgoings versus incomings . Dave

    Hi,

I think you have to look at he costs of various structures as some for the average Joe are too high. You dont need one straight away but the further down the line you go then look into it. You do have it as a I/O loan right?

    Hi Jamie,

Thanks for the feedback. I will look into it. Yes I have had a few people raise their eyebrows when I mention Wagga but I think it has opportunities. The info I have received shows stability with some growth and a less than national average in unemployment. I will keep researching.

    Thanks

    Dave

There are so many points of view here and its great to see. As for my opinion and thats from a point where I used to sell the stuff is, if a job is worth doing its worth doing right. Sure if you buy a good name brand it will cost more but will most likely last longer and be installed by a reputable organisation. Also as for inverters not only are they more efficient energy wise they are less taxing on the compressor unit. This is because it regulates the temperature in the room more evenly and wont need to go flat out and where out faster. One thing I look for is that I also dont want to waste my time running around organising a replacement unit which takes up my time and effort that could be used elsewhere and making money.
Anyway good luck and see you all in here again.
