&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I think you have to look at he costs of various structures as some for the average Joe are too high. You dont need one straight away but the further down the line you go then look into it. You do have it as a I/O loan right?</p>

<p>Thanks for the feedback. I will look into it. Yes I have had a few people raise their eyebrows when I mention Wagga but I think it has opportunities. The info I have received shows stability with some growth and a less than national average in unemployment. I will keep researching.</p>
