I am also looking for IPs in the Gladstone area as well as I've heard that property yields have been very positive and will continue to do so for the next coming years. A friend of mine recently bought a property in Gladstone with this property development company called Indium. Maybe you can try giving them a call and see what they can do for you. I've spoken to them over the phone last week and they seem really helpful in helping me better understand the property situation in Gladstone.
