									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wish I had have known this a year ago&#8230; I sold a property in Toowoomba,QLD and the agent charged me so much in advertising that I had to pay it off for two months in weekly installments.  It was $300 a weekend for a tiny ad in the local newspaper and took 6 weeks to sell! [grrr]</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The best thing to do is to contact your solicitor ASAP.  Don&#8217;t delay any longer.  They will be able to advise you of your obligations and whether or not you can lodge some sort of appeal.</p>
<p>If the stamp duty is incorrect then I don&#8217;t think the contract would be legally enforceable&#8230;.check that though.</p>
<p>But call your solicitor asap!!</p>

She organized all the paper work etc . . . all I had to do was sign on the dotted line.  I felt as though she was my advocate with the lender and even kept my solicitor and real estate agent in the loop in regards to the finance clause!</p>
