									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>yes i would recommend sticking to carpet in the bedrooms. most new townhouses and apartments all have carpeted bedroomsi have also lived in houses that have floor boards throughout and i found it annoying as you have to get rugs for the bedroom floors</p>
