    Hi @find_another_slave

Saw the post, and if it hasn’t sold, will offer $100 + shipping.

I live in Perth, so if you can drop off @ your nearest pack and send…I’ll pay for it

    Regards,

    Corey

    Hi MrsC,

Looking South of the river.  Beckenham, Queens Park, Forrestfield, Thornlie, Kenwick areas.

I'm trying to stay close to work to avoid the commute.  At present I live 10 mins from work and love it.  It gives me more time.

Though if you have other areas (that you may think I should investigate, I can always change jobs).  Do you have any broad ideas MrsC??

    Regards

    Corey

    Hi DWolfe,

I understand your point and honest opinions are welcome…..of course!

I think it was nice of them to offer a discounted price aswell.

Not having a computer so that I could download on makes it sorta inconvenient.

If what you say about "that's what you pay the $6k for the templates" is correct, then I would summise that they should have been included on disc and sent with the other info, does that not make sense?

The past is just shoulda, coulda, woulda from here and I can't change that.  Can anybody help out?

    Regards,

    Corey

    Schwing, thecrest and JacM,

Thankyou all for the valuable input.  .  I should probably clarify a few things.

I am casual at the mo', with the opp to go full-time.  I've been in the industry for the last 6 years.
    1.  If I work the 4 hrs on every second Saturday, I can get $1100 net.
    2.  The $420 rent that I pay, could be fixed up a bit if I was to get a few other people to move in with me (after all, there are three other rooms), however, I have no intention of staying in the place once the lease is up.
    3.  I did do the RESULTS course, and as I didn't have the capital freely to invest, the long work hours – and any other stupid excuse that I would make up, fell off the horse.  So now, it's a matter of working from the books as I go.  I just didn't have a computer to download all the templates and the like.

I would love to move into a PPR, and reno over 12 months with possible sub-division.  It just seems impossible to do it financially by yourself, and by the sounds of it Shwing, you are doing it tough – I wish you well though.

Can anyone recommend brokers in the SOR in Perth, that I could take for a coffee (my shout) to discuss options of finance, accountants for structure of property company trusts and solicitors that deal with property contracts regularly.  If I can't do this with what I have saved already, then I would want to look at some creative finance deals or JV's.

     Regards,

    Corey

Only out of curiosity, I would like to know why some people think that the swing from surplus to deficit from government to government occurs.

It seems to me that the people that do this, are ignorant of the fact that a good thing only lasts so long, and that it must be paid for somewhere.  I don't vote personally, so looking at it from an outsiders perspective, I can see that the biased views or perhaps even ignorance believes that in 24 hours, a countriess financial state can be changed, as soon as a new government is elected.

You can present all the stats you want but, it seems that as soon as a labour government is elected, peopel want to blame IT immediately for some bullshit debt, that was already there.  How can you go for a 20 billion dollar surplus to debt, in the change of government or even the publics perception that this is what happens is beyond me.  Any takers that wish to explain, by all means respond to what might be my ignorance.

you could look up Tony Kazzi on ASIC website, and the company name as well. I’ve done this in tthe past to check if the person has other ‘INTERESTS’. Perhaps even Google his name.[medieval]

    Hey guys,
I also did his course late last year, Nov03, unlike Terry W I was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund, due to a new clause they had put in.
